The easy way to create your own balloon garland!

Inflate your balloons and tie them off. Then simply add each balloon to the paper tape by inserting the knot of the balloon into the punched hole. You can easily reposition balloons as desired. 

Tips:

• Use different sizes and colours of balloons to create your garland.
• Use balloon glue dots (sold separately) on balloons to fill in any gaps and add volume to the garland.
